COVID-19 Terms and Conditions

In the event (a) the Colonnade Group Championship Hospitality, and/or the Southeastern Conference Championship Game, is cancelled, postponed, delayed or rescheduled due to epidemic, pandemic, fire, weather, strike, walkout, lockout, labor dispute, governmental order, court order or order by any other legally constituted authority, an act of God, public enemy, war, riot, act of terrorism, civil commotion or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of the Colonnade Group or (b) any element of the Package is not available due to epidemic, pandemic, fire, weather, strike, walkout, lockout, labor dispute, governmental order, court order or order by any other legally constituted authority, an act of God, public enemy, war, riot, act of terrorism, civil commotion or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of the Colonnade Group, Colonnade Group shall be fully excused for, and Purchaser herby waives any and all claims against any Colonnade Group Entity existing now or in the future for, any delay or inability to perform due to the occurrence of any such events. Colonnade Group shall make reasonable efforts to recover costs paid by it to third parties for elements included in the Package. In the event Colonnade Group is successful in recovering any such costs or in obtaining the package elements at a different time at no additional expense, Colonnade Group will reimburse a proportionate share of such recovered costs to purchaser or deliver such available package elements, as applicable. The preceding sentence shall in no way serve as Colonnade Group’s guarantee of or commitment to any specific refund amount of the monies paid or provision of replacement package elements to purchaser.

Additionally, in the event purchasers undertake any accidental occurrence or illness contracted while in participation at (said) events is not to be considered any fault of the producers and sponsors of said events and purchaser (s) agree to hold producers and sponsors harmless should an accident or illness occur.

Our highest priority is the safety of our clients, and vendor partners to be an active participant in maintaining the heath, wellbeing, and safety of our team and others, we have established the following guidelines and expectations for each Championship Hospitality Guest:

  • Monitor for the following symptoms:
    • A fever of 100.4 degrees F or higher
    • Respiratory symptoms, such as dry cough or shortness of breath
    • Sore Throat
    • Headache
    • Body Aches
    • Chills
    • Loss of taste or smell
  • If I develop any of the above symptoms, I will contact my medical provider and follow their instructions.
  • Stay home if I am feeling sick.
  • Wear a mask or appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) while in public spaces.
  • Practice physical distancing as much as possible.
  • Frequently was and/or sanitize my hands.

I understand COVID-19 is a highly contagious virus and it is possible to develop and contract the COVID-19 disease, even if I follow all the safety precautions above and those recommended by the CDC, local health department, Colonnade Group, and others.

I understand that although Colonnade Group and the GWCC are following the coronavirus guidelines issued by the CDC and other experts to reduce the spread of infection, I can never be completely shielded from all risk of illness caused by COVID-19 or other infections.
